Daniel Powell Winger 2008-2017

Daniel was born in Luton on 12 March 1991 and is a graduate of the MK Dons Academy, signing his first professional contract at the age of 17.

He first made an impact for the Dons in 2008, scoring against Hartlepool United in the 90th minute on his first team debut aged just 17 years and 248 days.

In 2009/10 he spent the majority of the season on loan at Forest Green Rovers and began the 2010/11 season also on loan at Darlington before he returned to the Dons to cement a first team place after the sale of Aaron Wilbraham and Jermaine Easter left
the club with just two senior strikers. Daniel went
on to score 10 goals in 25 league appearances

in the 2010/2011 season for the Dons.

Daniel is a forward thinking player who loves to run at fullbacks and was a strong asset for the Dons down the flanks. He quickly established himself as a first team regular and is in the top six of all-time goals and appearances for the MK Dons. He was released in June 2017 after scoring 46 goals in 271 appearances for the Dons and joined Northampton Town shortly afterwards.
